Day 1:
Cultural Encounter in Qelqanqa π
- 7:00 - 9:45 AM: Pickup from hotel and transfer to Qelqanqa.
- 9:45 AM - 1:00 PM: Meet local families, enjoy ancestral dances, typical costumes, and natural tea tasting. Participate in Pachamanca preparation. π²
- 1:30 PM - 3:30 PM: Short walk to Mother Earth ceremony and alpaca festival with a shaman. ποΈ
- 6:30 PM - 7:30 PM: Dinner with families.
Day 2:
Trek with Llamas to Cochayoc πΆββοΈπ¦
- 6:30 AM: Local breakfast.
- Trek 14 km with llamas to Cochayoc, lunch near a spectacular lagoon. π
- Explore panoramic views, flora, and fauna.
- Evening: Dinner and overnight in local houses in Cochayoc.
Day 3:
From Cochayoc to Lares Hot Springs ππ
- 6:00 AM: Breakfast, followed by a 5-hour trek to Lares hot springs.
- Noon: Farewell lunch with the crew.
- Afternoon: Relaxation in Lares hot springs.
- 4:30 PM: Public transport to Calca, about 2 hours of travel.
